Refund & Exchange Policy

EXCHANGES FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS:
We offer a return collection service to all purchases meeting our exchange policy for a fee depending on the destination.

Request an exchange by contacting us via DM on Instagram (@yaya_egypt).
All exchange requests must be placed within 14 days of the delivery date.

EXCHANGE POLICY:
We accept exchanges within 14 days from the delivery date.
Ensure your items are in acceptable condition to be returned.

Set a return appointment by emailing us or sending a direct message. Ensure that it is not your last order from YAYA.

Note: You'll be charged a fee of EGP 50 for shipping.
